After-sales Department


As a European constructor of industrial vehicles, our After-Sales Department corresponds closely to our presence on the market and is well able to support our development.

We offer a total service that covers the entire vehicle and its various pieces of equipment (refrigeration unit, elevating tail gate, etc.) The quality of this service enables us to satisfy the requirements of our customers quickly, to reinforce the link between sales and after-sales and, ultimately, to reap the positive effects of an active loyalty-development policy.

Direct or network repair service
Depending on the commercialisation network, our refrigerated lorries have the benefit of a well-tested repair service, provided either by concessionaires, rental companies or directly by Lecapitaine.

Bodywork problems can also be handled by our network of approved bodyworks.

Parallel to this, Lecapitaine emergency assistance vehicles provide an onsite technical breakdown service.

Spare parts, a service in the lead!
Due to our capacity and production volumes, we are able to maintain close partnerships with our various suppliers. The different spare parts procurement sources use circuits specifically for us, which enables us to optimise delivery to us and achieve greater reactivity as regards redistribution.
