Training
Lecapitaine has created specific insulated and refrigerated bodywork professional trades.
In an industrial environment where recruitment for manual trades is extremely difficult, Lecapitaine, backed by its long experience, has set up a qualification-oriented professional training system aimed at enhancing the value of industrial bodybuilding professions.
In addition to job creation, Lecapitaine's objective is to develop greater awareness of this fast-expanding sector and create an efficient lever for future recruitment by the Company.
In partnership with local and national economic players (the ANPE, ASSEDIC, Conseil Régional Basse Normandie, Direction Départementale du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle - French Government employment and benefits agencies, county councils, labour and professional training departments and the European Social Fund, etc.) and in collaboration with the FIM Group, Lecapitaine has introduced a hitherto unknown training qualification: bodybuilder – insulation and refrigeration, level 5 (CAP/BEP – professional certificate).
The training course is provided by the FIM Group; it lasts for 16 months and accepts 30 students per session. A diploma is awarded, validated by the Manche region Metalworker Industry and Trades Organisation (Union des Industries et des Métiers de la Métallurgie de la Manche).
